We've had some really nice weather here for this time of the year lately. Sandi suggested maybe we check out the Detroit Zoo for a day. We met up at Sandi's and took a ride over to the Zoo!
Our first stop was the Polar Bear exhibit. Unfortunately the Polar Bears were not swimming but the seals sure were!
Of course we saw a lot of animals! Here's a close up of a Giraffe!

| The Zoo has a new carousel for children. Instead of courses they have different animals to ride on. We chose a crocodile! The bird behind Alex looks like it's going to swoop him up! |

It was a great day. Perfect weather and the Zoo was decorated so nicely for fall and Halloween! Can't wait to go back next year..
